The proposal is to buy 100 Recoton C-1004 Power Supplies. These are for use in the Americas (110v) and provide both 5v and 9v via DIN connector. Each supply will cost $7.20 plus shipping. (EDIT: Apparently Priority Mail is $8.95 and that should cover multiple power supplies.)
