Eight Ways to Maintain Excavator Parts

01. Before using the excavator, the user must add the hydraulic oil of excavator parts to the oil tank more than four-fifths.

02. Twice a day, butter is applied to the nozzles of the moving parts of the excavator until the butter spills out of the cracks in the moving parts.

03.  Check every day to see if the nut under the steering excavator shaft is loose. Once loose, the steering bearing will be damaged.

04. Clean the hydraulic oil filter of excavator accessories every month, check whether the filter is in good condition, and replace it immediately if there is any damage, otherwise, it will accelerate the damage of the hydraulic system life

05.  In the operation of the hydraulic cylinder in and out of the amount of oil is found abnormal, is the excavation of the oil cylinder gas, can repeatedly push and pull the cylinder control handle until the gas out, such as gas, check the oil tank and oil pump between each part of the possibility of leakage, and tighten.

06. If the hydraulic pressure of excavator parts is found to be weak and slow, check whether the oil pump is damaged, if the aging should be replaced, check whether the filter, the oil pump to the oil tank pipeline is blocked, and remove, check whether the hydraulic oil is overheating, radiator and fan are normal.

07.  The noise of the excavator's hydraulic pipe is too big, which is caused by bubbles in the hydraulic oil path. Check whether the pipeline between the oil pump and oil tank is leaking, whether there is too little hydraulic oil in the excavator's oil tank and whether the water level in the water tank is too low, and remove them respectively.

08. An oil cylinder mounted on the same valve as the excavator fittings; If all are weak, check whether the inside of the pressure regulating valve of the excavator is clean, whether the oil seal of the pressure regulating valve is damaged, and whether the pressure regulating cone needle is damaged. Individual weak, check the cylinder piston, the seal is damaged, oil road is smooth.
