  1. Now this is handy to know .... building my CV breakout I was asking myself if the 4.8V Gates and triggers are enough for my +-15V modular.
  2. Hi all, I tried to update my midibox today from 4.090 to 4.092 on STM32F4-Discovery I connected the micro usb and started the mios32 under my Linux Mint. (I have a 5v power-supply connected) USB Ports of my midibox seq are scanned and loaded ... QUERY gives the correct values Filebrowser can access SD-card If I send infos from my midibox to mios32 all works perfect When I tried to upload the new hex-file I get the ERROR .... FILE DOES NOT EXIST and that's it ... the "start" Button of MIOS32 stays grey What could it be? Only weird thing I see in the Infopage is the CPU-load that says 234% Greetings, Sascha
  3. Sorry to heat this up more than a year later I don't know and do not care about MM's internal politics and marketing, and there are some people in the e-m scene that .. out of a lack of solderingskills love to buy finished stuff you normaly only get as DIY (instead of buying other projects from Korg or Roland or DSI or ... ) buuuuuuuuut .... A SID like Wilba's A Synthlab like from Dirk Lindhof A Wasp in a suitecase with Midi .... like the Pixie from Elby ????? Well I would reconcider my marketing strategy ... @InspektorGadjet ... your Midi-converter .. looks good and teensy plus hackable .. thumbs-up .. thats the spirit ;)
  4. The Sequencer is finally up an running in his new Acrylic case ... Todo's ... adding a 5 Volt external PS for the STM32F4 instead of USB-cable and building the Frontpanel for the Line-Driverstuff
  5. Listen to Latigit on .. if you want to add a new core .. the STM4F32 is the newest one .. so go for this one ... there are some updates announced for a Version V4 Plus that might not run on the LPC17 because of lack of RAM ..
  6. This looks cool .... if this is tested and you do a PCB run I'm in ...
  7. Hi Macotronic .... if I did understand it well no additional wiring is needed, only chsngement of 2-3 values in the hwconfig file. I got mine fromvoti.nl, but Peter has some Links to some Alps in his tutorial ..
  8. I got the rotary encoder with pushbutton from voti.nl ... http://www.voti.nl/winkel/catalog.html?SW-ROT-02 for the wilbapanel. Is the push button function usefull?? Or does the current design only support the encoder part. If yes, how can I assign something to them?? Thanks in advance
  9. Why should the 4x16 BLM not be supported?? It should work just fine with the right lines in the mbseq_hw.v4 Have a look at the bottom of http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=16x4blm_pcb There is a zipped config for v4 ...
  10. Factor to resize in Inkscape is 125% .... Original is 72 dpi, Inkscape makes 90 dpi like mongrol said .. now all seems to fit ... next week ordering the case
  11. I ran out of 15k resistors for the AOUT but still ... Line Drivers connected and all works fine ... well all sockets get 5 V where they should .. still a bit confused with the ribboncables .. hope S0 and S1 are not switched ..

  15. The SIL couldn't be delivered and I had to do the LED twice because of the round buttons, but progress is visible :)
  16. First of all ... wonderfull work pawaga, Attention, I just tried to open the svg in inkscape and the size is not correct .. (about 18% smaller)
  17. To post the debugging here too from the german topic ... I used the MIOS Terminal to route a midikeyboard from IN1 of the first Midi IO board to OUT4 on the second Midi IO board with set router 1 IN1 all OUT4 all It worked just fine ...
  18. So, grad mal probiert ...
