I can do any custom work you like. Just give me the dimensions of your cutout. However keep in mind that i need to know the cutout thickness. So i can buy diffrent material in the future to service everyone.

Yay i finally made the first set: I am offering black acrylic sandwich panels for the GM5x5x5 by nILS. I am asking €10,- per set (the black ones or the clear type like my windows) and this includes shipping world wide. Beware that is is not in dollars. Sorry ;) (a set exists of 1 top panel and 1 bottom panel) It is possible to make them in a diffent color but then i am gonna charge you €15,- per set and you wil have to wait 2 weeks. If you want a set or more send me a pm with your paypal adres so i can invoice you. The best i could do with engraving do not expect it to be laser cut shiny. Thats nice. I cannot start a company as i have to be vat registered to start one in the Netherlands. So it is extremly difficult for me to buy supplies (anodized panels etc) as the only sell to companies and not to simple people like me :( Anyway good luck on selling. However you're not the only one that is offering ;)

On your website you have this info "The Beast UK Ltd. is a United Kingdom Limited Company - Company Number 6615606" Does it mean that people who are not from Europe do not have to pay VAT for the panels you make? Wilba is not reffering to the mb6582. It was just in general ;)

Hello, After wasting a huge amount of material i managed to create eight windows and 1 for my own. I have more material so i can make more. (or you could pm Narwhal and ask him to make you one) Any way i am asking $5 for 1 MB-6582 window and this includes shipping world wide. For a set of MB-SEQ windows i ask $10 Send me a pm and i will send you my paypal adres. The trick with my windows is (because i do not have a vacuum table to keep the acrylic pressed down) is to put you panel up side down on a flat surface. Apply glue on the edges of the window and put it into your frontpanel. Now it's flat :) I screwed up mine becuase i was messing arround with superglue. I did not let it rest and it fell out and it got messy afterwards ;) So don't try this at home. I have left the protection sheet on the acryl. I wil post a picture of mine tonight. I was doing a run of eight pieces and my machine jammed and picked up the pace again but on the wrong coordinates. all 8 destroyed :(

Yes natural color is also on the order. I got Natural color Black Red Green Dark Blue All brushed and 3mm thick. I do brushed as schaeffer only has matte painted panels. I also have 1 black panel 1,5mm thick but someone from this board reserverd the complete panel. As for the mb windows i hope to make them this weekend. I am waiting for my tools to start.

Ok i am in serious need of money now so i accept. I just ordered for $700 3mm aluminum panels (brushed and colored :)) Let me figure it out first and make the drawing and do a test run. Does $6 including shipping sound fair for a window 3mm thick trim flushed?

Yeah sorry bout the hijack but i thought it was better then to open a new thread. My steppers can go up to 600 ipm i think. I am allready thinking about building a new cnc so that i can get 250 ipm. Currently the machine can handle (mainly due to bearings and trapezium spindels ) 50 - 100 ipm The case you have is clean an tidy nice work. Is it an old rack enclosure of a pc? It is not a kit you can buy the plans online from tron-cnc.de and you have to arrange and create everything yourself. I paid about 2500 euro for my machine and i can tell you it is far from perfect. But it works and i am proud ;)

And my first panel prototype

Nice Machine Narwhal however you are not the only one who build a cnc ;) Today i run my first real test on my just build cnc. (it is made of 3mm lasercut steel and jbweld) I am trying to figure out the backlash stuff and the speed. I almost wrecked it by running at 400ipm so back to 100 ipm. Now to get the spindel speed right. My first test was on 3mm lexan i had lying around and the job took 21 minutes Next test will be on acrylic so i hope for a better finish. The problem is i don't have power in my shed so i had to steal it from the building. Also when running spindel speeds above 10k rpm it makes alot of noise and i don't want to upset my neighbours

It means that i must upgrade dokuwiki. Nothing for you to be concearned about. However since it is integrated i cannot just upgrade on the fly as it can wreck everything. *fixed the security hole. Warning is still there but i will fix that later.

O c'mon you can make agreements with your wife. Just setup pocket money for yourself or something. I have my own bank account she has and we have a common one for the needed things and a savings account. I can buy what i want even if it are used dildo's when it's depleted it's depleted. Why not look for an SY99 that is studio used only. May i ask what you do for a living if you cannot be outside?
