  1. Hi TK, sorry for the delay, I was requesting a new button that you could hold down, as the sequencer plays through if you hold a key or multiple keys on your keyboard controller and that note exists in the sequence it gets erased. That way you could selectively erase notes as the sequencer plays through. I think this would be useful in all live recording modes. Also would it be possible to have an option added to the clear button so that it only clears out everything event related and does not reset the entire track to default? When recording live and i mess up (I am a terrible keyboard player) it would be nice to just hit a button and quickly be able to make another take. Now it seems that if I clear a track it resets the length and then i have to fix that before I can try to make my recording again. Thanks, Luke
  2. I think this is a great idea Hawkeye! Something I would like to see: A real time erase feature similar to an MPC or other traditional sequencer. Basically the ability to hold down a button and then also hold down the keys that you want to erase and they get erase as the sequence plays through. Thanks, Luke
  3. Am I right in thinking that when playing in song mode and cycling between two positions that switch patters that you cannot edit the patterns without loosing the edits when it switches to the next pattern? Is there any way around this? Thanks, Luke
  4. Quick question, is it possible to have the pattern be completely empty after initializing a track rather than the quarter notes turned on? Thanks, Luke
  5. Small request, would it be possible to invert the character color of the selected character when renaming things? Or any indicator of which letter you are on really. Not a big deal but might make renaming even faster. Luke
  6. Oh damn, I was getting these Hard Faults errors on my newly built Core and thought I had a hardware issue. I went back to my core32. Maybe Ill try the other core again.
  7. Ok cool, I have not come close to needing more patterns, just making sure I have everything working properly. Thank you! Luke
  8. So I feel like this worked for me at some point but it doesn't now. When I'm in the pattern screen and I use GP 1-8 to switch between A-H/a-h I can only select the uppercase letters. Hitting the button twice does not select the lower case letter. Did something change? I'm running the latest version of the sequencer. Thanks, Luke
  9. I ordered a modified 19" front panel based on wilbas after the case fiasco and build my own case. It turned out amazingly well. Nicest panel Ive ever seen. Ill post some pics once i get some finish on the wood.
  10. Awesome work TK! Still waiting for you to find a place to hide that "midi learn" button!
  11. I tried this today and it works great. I can also confirm that if you can have a layer set to note, velo, whatever else you want and still record cc's to the same track just as if it was a dedicated cc track. Was also thinking it would be really cool if there was a midi learn function for this so you didn't have to explicitly set the cc manually. This isn't possible is it?
  12. Ok please pardon my PSU ignorance. My goal is to run my sequencer and aout on a single psu. I have a wall wart that is labeled as +/-12 500ma. When I measure it I get right around +/-15. I used a couple regulators to bring this down to as close to +/-12 as I could get it. I was using this with my sid to drive the aout and 2044 filter. The regulators got pretty hot but it seemed to work pretty well. My question is can I safely use this supply to get +/-12 and 5v for my core? If so whats the best way to go about it. Thanks, Luke
  13. I assume the voltage at the led's on Wilba's sequencer pcb will be 5 volts but want to double check to be sure. I just want to test some various resistors to get the right brightness before I solder. Thanks, Luke
  14. So I notice a lot of the new eurorack modular psu's are switching supplies. Anyone know how they are getting these to work well for analog circuits? I have a nice small +5, +/-12v switcher that would fit in my MBSEQ case, but I'm afraid it will cause problems. Anyone think this will work since its just producing modulation cv and not audio range signals? Thanks, Luke
  15. This is an amazing project. Can not wait to build this one! Thanks!
  16. Hello TK, regretfully I am considering selling my MB6582 so that I can finally build out my MBSeq. It is fully working and I plan on giving it a quick tune up and testing before posting in the sales forum if it is ok with you. Thanks, Luke
  17. Of course I'm gonna want a kit. amazing, Luke
  18. PCB just showed up in Pittsburgh, PA. Looks amazing. Thanks Wilba! Moogah I'll get those encoders out to you this week. Luke
