I remember having a c64 when I was really little (5-6). Granted, I'm only 19 now so the thing was pretty outdated even then, But I loved it all the same. When it died it was forgotten about for years, until I discovered Machinae Supremacy and fell madly in love with the SID once again. And now I'm here. Haven't built one yet, but I've got 8 SIDs on order from Wilba, and I'll be ordering some parts kits shortly.

Sounds like this should be a peace of cake then. I've built one guitar already and I'm working on another, and I've been working with my parents on crafts and whatnot and working with tools for a few years. Not sure about doing slots for faders, but holes are no problem at all.

I'm thinking about building myself a MIDIbox to control ableton Right now i'm looking at this 8x Track Level Faders 8x Track Pan Pots/encoders 1x Crossfader 8x Arm Recording buttons 8x Track actuator buttons 32x Encoders to control effects 1x Master Fader Now i'm a complete n00b as far as this is concerned. I'm learning how to read schematics, and I'm great with solder, but I've never done this kind of work before. Most of what i've done has been on guitar electronics, and from time to time making audio cables. Would this be a good thing for me to do, or should I just buy something pre-made and settle for that setup?
