Finally back from a consulting trip to the U.S... :-) Why do americans have their aircons set to "arctic winter" everywhere? Struggling with a bad cold now, after having avoided that for the rest of the hard winter :-).

So you've experimented too, Jojo? I'm also not that much for randomly medicating myself. However the subject was very interesting, so I only used supplements within the healthy parameters. And some ibuprofen, but that's also prescription free. The pros say, with a proper technique, you don't need supplements at all. But I haven't developed one yet, so I tried that way.

I was depressed enough after some personal issues that I got a SSRI prescription. Wouldn't self-medicate. I like that I sometimes wake up almost laughing nowadays. So if you are really down - get help, plus experience the side-effect.

Seems to be interesting stuff. But I don't think I qualify for those. But you are right, if you feel depressed, get help.
