do you have the correct HW file on your SD-card ?
-
ive got the strangest thing...
i have three boards..one is a older discovery board witch is in my midibox SEQV4
the two other are new one from mouser (STM32F407G-DISC1) they are programmed with the same bootloader and latest seqv4 0.91 software.....the older works fine but the new ones do not work...
the problem is ....
when i power it from the micro usb...it does not show anything in the displays...but when i it power from the mini usb ...it does work
(the core board with the cardreader are both the same and work fine).
what can this be ?
-
would also like some boards

the 4 pics need to be programmed with the iic firmware !!!
if you got them from midibox webshop they should be already programed.
if you got them somewhere else, they need to be programmed...before you can use the iic module.

maybe a ferrite can help to solve this problem ?
-
i have tried this with the Line Driver Transmitter/Receiver...(because i wanted more distance between Sequencer and BLM/TPD.
But in my case it did not work.....with the linedrivers the buttons/leds were acting strange....
and when i removed the linedrivers and connected it with flatcable...it worked okay....(i know the linedrivers are also okay as ive also used them with the Aout-NG without any problems)
-
i would also like this set up...please let me know if you get this sorted
-
indeed i was talking about the 16x4 BLM
-
hi there
the BLM is connected to the din/dout chain..(its J2 on the wilba CS pcb)...but you must change the HW file on your SD-card to get it working...link to hw file can be found at the bottom of the page here: http://www.midibox.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=tpd_pcb
i always stuff the midi IO with 220 ohm...works fine for me.
if you build the linedriver...it works plug n play and the seq works fine without line driver receiver...but i notice some difference in dsplay brightness...if it is connected
-
you can buy a pcb for the STM32F4 core....in the midibox webshop
Looking for power solutions for AOUT_NG
