LoopA V2 Introduction, Features & Support Thread
talon replied to Hawkeye's topic in MIDIbox User Projects
Recently finished my LoopA build, enjoying this little beast! I have a query regarding the FX section, more a feature request (if its even feasible); is it possible to dampen the velocity of a track based on an input rather than globally per track? I'm thinking along the lines of imitating a ducking effect or is there some other way to do this with the LoopA? Edit: I've just found I can do something similar in the CC section of a track by applying a Sine4 across each bar and choosing CC#7 (volume) for my particular synth, but this would obviously be a case by case thing based on whatever synth I use for that channel. A more universal approach would be mint! -
I will throw in a PSU (250v) and an AVR programmer into the package. AUD$250+shipping at buyers expense. Cheers!

For sale is a fully assembled Shruthi-1 running v0.95 firmware. Clear case, black PCB's and blue LCD. No PSU included but will throw in a MIDI cable to sweeten the deal. :) Located in Perth, Australia. PM or amunday-gmail Thanks!

Ok, I've just emailed Wilba about getting permission to sell this unit but after reading through here it seems I don't require permission. For sale is an assembled and fully functional sammichSID unit in WHITE with RED LED's (Albino steez, painted by Wilba himself! :)). It will come with a MIDI cable and an Insert cable for buyers convenience although no PSU will be provided (I will have to double check this as I have a few sitting around, AU only though). It also comes with a spare case assembly in white and unpainted. The case it currently sits in has a very slight crack in one corner from over tightening one of the screws (d'oh!) but isn't noticeable, hence the provided spare. I believe the kit was from Batch #2 or #3 if i'm not mistaken. Thanks! amunday-gmail edit: I'll offer on here for a few weeks before throwing it up on the bay. Cheers!

Or just buy an Insert lead (stereo out from Sammich to two mono of soundcard inputs). Any decent music shop will know when you mention 'Insert Cable'. http://i00.i.aliimg.com/photo/v0/109086456/_Y_Insert_Lead.jpg

Try looking at the Boss guitar pedal range of PSU's, no doubt you'll find one to match.

Medium bristle toothbrush and go nuts! :) Don't be stingy with the alcohol either. ;)

Yup, isopropyl and a toothbrush works a treat.

Back in my PC building days I used this stuff called Arctic Silver 'Ceramique', white, non-conductive and worked very well compared to generic stuff on the market (has some micro technology that really seeped into metal surfaces). Could be bought from any PC hardware store.

US only? I just came across the sammichSID site today and looking to buy a kit, really hard trying to source these! Couldn't make an exception for a couple? :):)
