Cheers! Wish I could say I had planned out using the sounds like that but truth is I just got lucky / the synth gods were kind. I love the Sammich! I shared that about a few of my friends and the looks on their faces when I told them what powered the synth was brilliant. I like the fact it has its own character - things that sound good on other synths don't translate to the SID, and equally things that sound great on the SID don't sound good on other synths. Character > generic options any day of the week.

Finally got round to doing a tune with my sammichSID. Was up at a Fence Records festival in St Andrews, Scotland this week, and before I went decided to do a cover of one Fence Records head honcho The Pictish Trail's tunes. Hope you enjoy it!

Good luck with this. Every so often someone comes up with an idea like this and I'm desperate to see how it turns out. This is one of those times. Please keep us up to date with progress.
