Already burnt off a pad lead. pretty pissed and bummed.. going to walk away from it... =(

decided to continue building. the pad on the the bottom side of the board is o.k. I'm hoping if i fill it with enough solder it'll hold in place. xing fingers. otherwise lesson learned and i'm very embarassed and sorry to wilba, smash and errone.

if it doesn't stick just put a wire to the next component lead it's supposed to connect to. those kind of things happen all the time... unfortunately :)

ah a lil jerry riggin? i'm very fortunate that the pad aht burnt off isn't connected to any traces! but i'll keep your suggestion in mind. thanks bro!
