Hi to all.
At the end, after a lot of time, work and layout revisions I am going to finish my step sequencer.
The "hardware" side of this magic box, I mean electronics, cable connections, pcb placement etc etc, is slightly finished and at today only the placement of custom made lighted buttons and frontpanel cover (my economic solution I have still in the design phase) are left.
I will do this in the next days (I hope not weeks  ;) )
The panel layout is based on the Sequoia V2 seq version from Sasha: I tried many layout solutions and buttons placement and at the end I reached a similar one but I think this is the best layout that can be done.
Details about my implementation of this step seq are the common seq V3 specs plus:

* Enhanced buttons/led panel: Group Select Button 1/2/3/4, Trigger Layer A/B/C, Step View.
* Complete 4 x 16 matrix duoled button surface.
* 2 Midi IN, 4 Midi OUT, 1 Din Sync.
* BPM display indicator.

Only CV Output section is missing, but for now I don't mind about it....my Prophet 5 and Doepfer A100 are midi  ;-)

Later I will describe better all the difficulties during the build process and solutions adopted day by day and shortly of course I will put pictures of all this works....see you soon guys: below you can see current status of the box.
