yeah you can change the behavior however you want based on the incrementer value that's received in the ENC_NotifyChange function.

Are you wanting to send a value (0-127) with your controllers, or just send a cc message with a static value, i.e. to inc/dec something you're connected to?

Are you looking to do this with all of the encoders on your 64e, or do you also want some to operate normally?

I want to send static two value...  rather than send increase/decrease value of one cc command..
