Lost Wiki ID??

Hello,

this may not be the right place and this may have been discussed elsewhere, but if so I missed it and sorry about that.

Anyway, as you can see I still have my forum account but it looks like my Wiki account has disappeared: I can't login and if I go the "forgot my password" route the wiki tells me my user name is unknown...

What gives? And more importantly, how do I fix that? I didn't see a "register" page on the wiki...
