not here

i can fix the lexan on the panel for you and spacers if you need .

ilmenator, you're right , the leds are not drilled , it's like opaque film .

same technique :

Ize , i an do a panel in 2mm alu anodized or 1,5mm metal or 1,5 inox a bit like mirror but it can have imperfections .

your impressions are welcome

thank you

well, seems good but, the next batch will have that imperfection on the lexan?

about the imperfection, do you mean the one in the photo where the lcd button's holes in the lexan are not in place with the metal panel's holes?

i've noticed in the first post, left photo, the bottom left screw seems like had flex the panel like it is made of plastic or thin metal, can you explain? :)

thankyou.

G.

hello ganchan,

the next batch will not have the imperfection on the lexan , it concern just the laser cut .

the flex you see is because i screw a bit too much , the lexan is like a thick sticker , i can cut the holes in 4mm or more .

on the metal panel ,

the leds and buttons holes will be 4mm instead of 3 and 3,5mm , and window 1mm bigger.

in this case it's impossible to see the panel after lexan fixed .

pics very soon .

I already have a Aluminium Panel.. as i dont know exactly what lexan is, will i be able to fit it over my panel ? i have a red eloxated one, but i would like black, so can i just put a black lexan overlay on it ? How much would it cost. Thanks Patrick
