Hi

can anybody help me ??

I have made papers in 1:1 and scanned them for the cutting-sheet, but now i cant get them together on one paper in the right format. Is anybody here with some experience with such things and can help me to get this into a .Svg? The Problem is that the metalcase has holes i want to reuse for more stability with the acryl. I have never worked with Programms like Illustrator or something else.

It only fits into a 790x384 mm (Acryl) because the Picture 0004+0005 is one Part.

And there is some space left (think it must be arround 20x38 cm), so you can fill it with your own parts and i take the extra cost for cutting it (material is payed).

Here are the Specs of the Parts :

Pic 00001 is the Encoder-Part with holes for AlpsEC11 , there is missing 3cm over the Holes and 1 cm under the holes. The Part is 255x237 This is a very critical Part because the holes must fit on the holes of the steel-case.

Pic 00002
The Parts are :
uncritical 117x132 mm (Display + 5 Encoder holes) + 5 holes for holding it (have forgotten) uncritical 2x 104x 48 mm (2 x Midi + 4 holes)
critical holes 264x 62 mm (20 Encoder holes left and right of them - the same space)+ 2 Led holes ) + 4 holes for holding it ...(have forgotten)

Pic 00003
critical holes 133x175mm (8 Encoder + 13 Switch holes (switch has 9mm)+ 13 Led holes
uncritical 167x100mm (Circel = Encoder; + Mark = Led; + 4 holes )

Pic 0004 + 0005
critical 521x55mm ( XLR-In (for Power-In) and Fuse holder beside it, 4 x M15 Hole on the old Xlr Holes for Midi, 2x XLR Holes + M5 Holes for Siwtch and BNC Connector (12V Lamps) + Text in the middle of it.

If nobody has time for it, than please explain me how to get it working in any Software.

best regards
Robert

I assume you will be submitting your files to Formulor through the Ponoko website?

I recommend using Ponoko's design guide here: http://www.ponoko.co...r-kits/inkscape with http://inkscape.org/ Inkscape is free. I'm not sure if you're aware but the drawings you've made are not useable by the laser cutter, you must redo them with the proper format.

It might also be a good idea to do a cheap test run on the P1 (smallest) size to check that your method is working before spending for the big job.

Hi

Formulor has a own Site and Fab
http://www.formulor.de
But yes, the system is the same like on Ponoko and i know that the Files are not readable by the lasercutter.

The problem i have is to get my scans behind my drawlines for the laser do make the holes fit on my Case.
It must be so easy to draw the holes in RGB-Blue on my Scans but i have not found it yet... :sorcerer:
