TraiZor Posted September 5, 2002 Report Posted September 5, 2002 Nice program you have written, Serge :) Made with Delphi, isn't it. Maybe I can help when you need it, I've done much Delphi in the past :)Anyway, does this program handshakes with the MB64? I sent sysex to the MB, and the program counted down to zero. But the right config is not in the MB, so I think it didn't receive the sysex.Do I have to put the MB in a certain modus? Quote
TraiZor Posted September 6, 2002 Author Report Posted September 6, 2002 Oh, forget it about the question. The midi out port wasn't configured correctly ;D Quote
serge Posted September 6, 2002 Report Posted September 6, 2002 Hello Traizor, the program was made in C++ builder.I appreciate your offer to help and I think you can possibly help me indeed. Let me know if you are really serious about this.I also downloaded kylix 3 this weekend, and I am planning to compile for linux. I would love to port vmidibox to kylix3 (C++),if you wish you may investigate how to send sysex undr kylix3 ? I think it has not yet been done ever? But first I think I need to to finish the fully user-customizable faderdesk by myself , and for this the only problem is lack of time. (You will love the programming concept) ;DRegards,Serge Quote
TraiZor Posted September 6, 2002 Author Report Posted September 6, 2002 Hi SergeI had forgotten that Borland uses those T<component> -style also for their C++ builder, so I thought it was made in Delphi. Anyway, I only know Pascal and no C++. I've done very little c++ under linux (I did more bash-scripting), so I think I can't help you :-/Anyway, good to hear that there's still progress from your side :) Quote
