Mb6582 low and distorted audio problem

Hey!

I've got a problem on the last stereo set of sids

The output is very weak and distorted 

I've checked the voltages on a working core to this core and they are the same

I've replaced the caps, transistors, resistors and alsorts on the audio mixer section

Changed the caps on the crystal section and I can't work it out

The jumpers are on for 9v, ive removed the feedback pot

ive tested the mios chip on another core and it works, I've tested the sids on another core and they work

It's just the last core 4 not working 

It seems to respond to the midi inputted the same as on other channels but it's so quiet and distorted 

 

Out of ideas????

Fixed this! Is was a dodgy sn74hc595!

Swapped from a working core and tested, pow! Sprung to life! All 4 cores working now I cam seal it up and make some bangers!
