I've started to build a FM module, but i got smd tl074 and a "standard 2 pin" 14.318Mhz crystal.

Have anyone made a circuitboard for thoose components?

The SMD tl074 would work, but you have to make yourself a pcb for it, I think.

For the crystal I am not so sure. There are some differences between the crystal-types, so I'm not sure, If yours will work.

In theory you could use two (DC-) wallwarts to get +/-12V. Not a recommend solution, but it would work.

This page here describes how to build a +/- power supply from a AC-AC wallwart.

I think this is the kind of wallwart he recommends to use.

Would someone else like to double check this and make sure it would work?
