    Man, I'm having a hard time finding a low-cost PIC programmer to push some code onto my many 18F452 - suggestions? USB would be rather nice :)

      I recently bought one from Voti:

      http://www.voti.nl/shop/catalog.html It's the Wisp648 kit for 32,- euro's. It's a kit with usb but no target PIC socket but lose end cables. Succes

      Guess i got lucky, i picked up a used Pickit2 on ebay awhile back.

      I have an USB programmer that can do 452 but not 4685. I could send it to you if you didn't find an alternative allready. I built myself a Brenner 8 so I don't need it any more.
