Cheap backlit 40x2 LCD's?

Hey, I'm wondering if anyone knows of reasonably priced 2x40 LED backlit LCD's? (I don't want EL backlit, as apparently they are hard to power the backlight?) I need to be able to order from Australia, and I can't use a credit card. (needs to be international cheque or money order)

If anyone knows of a supplier, then it would be great to know! Thanks :)
