Req. Midibox sid step C parts list

Hello to everyone..

Right i'm very new to this DIY stuff but was instantly fascinated by the midibox sid made of four C64s and stuck in a C64 case.

I have Just won on e-bay 4 C64s and i dont know where to go from here.

is there a list of parts anywhere?

is there any where in the UK that can make pcbs?

i have decided to make the boards my self etc.

will any 2x20 lcd screen do?

and what type of pots do i need??

Hi there!

Don´t really know where you can get the parts in UK but if you look at:http://www.ucapps.de/midibox_sid.html

There is an part list of every link for ex:http://www.ucapps.de/mbhp/mbhp_core_orderlist.txt

and so on...(It took me some time to collect all the parts from Sweden, but it´s worth it!!)   ;D

whoopee got my C64's in the post this morning cople of quick questions the  8580 chips all have different numbers on them does this matter??

also what else can i scavenge out the old C64's

sorry if i'm being a nuisence but i'm a complete newbie
