Do I realy need the opto copler on the midi in input?

yes of course by single core!

but when I have more cores in a link - in a whole circuit

whats then, do I need it or not?

You have seen the pdf file for midi tv  for the minimum stuffed core?- Is this the minimum need for a core

for example I can use for the slave sids (of course with integratet J10 with its resistors and so on)

That would be interesting for me becouse I will draw some in eagle- so I must not soldering days weeks and so on-yep
