Data sheet for graphical lcd??

Today I found an graphical lcd  ;D and I can´t find the datasheet for it. :(

I got an NAN YA Model:LMBHAT014GC with the T6963c Chip on it.....

Someone got the data or an link...

LMBHA_014_ Spec . Perhaps this is your display... (it has the t6963c controller and is from NAN Ya  ;))
