Thanks for your help.
With the installed sequencer this option is still not available.
Only if the bootloader alone is installed.
Following steps are working for me:
1. Upload only bootloader
2. Connect the LCDs
3. Start MIOS Studio
4. Enter following into MIOS Terminalset lcd_type 0x02 store5. Upload midibox_seq_v4_092
=> Working
Only issue on 5V the LCD starts stinking (not like on LPC17 Core), so I changed to 3V and everything is fine now.
Except the 3V3 Regulator getting really hot.Best Regards

Hi all,
I have the same Raystar like Jbdriver.
On a LPC17 Core with 5V and 3.3V it is working like a charm.
But on the STM32F4 (MB997D) it is not working, same issues like jarvis:QuoteWhen I have the power at 3.3v, both displays start up fine but as soon as it loads the Seqv4 app it immediately reboots. If I start up with only 1 LCD connected at a time, the boot sequence works just fine.
When I have the power at 5v, the Seqv4 app loads fine but only the left display functions correctly - the right one shows some random characters.What I have tested yet:
* External power supply with 5V (Pin J2) and 3.3V (J15_S middle Pin) is not working.
* Also with the 3.3V regulator from LPC17 Core it not working.
- STM32F4:J2 -> LPC17:J2
- LPC17:J15_S Pin 3v3 -> STM32F4:J15_S middle Pin
- STM32F4 USB and LPC17 power supplyThe left display is also not working 100% correctly. Some characters are wrong
In my opinion it is a timing problem with the enable pins.Where can I set the "LCD type to 0x02"? In MIOS terminal this option is missing for STM32F4.

Those profiles come in 42mm and 56mm (most common), even with 42mm an LCD is not really an issue when it comes to height.
Sorry I make a mistake.
I mean the angle of view is not so optimal with the LCD on a flat case.

It looks nice but with a LCD this flat case is not optimal.
I would prefer a sloped enclosure (Pultgehäuse) or a keyboard enclosure, see Link.

I am also not a DSP specialist.
My suggestions:
- set the oszi to AC and measure again
- check and measure the power source during triangle and pulse
- check and measure the clock

So viele wie Möglich, ist vielleicht schon zu viel.
Die frage ist immer, wieviele Kanäle brauche ich wirklich zum arbeiten.
Bei mir sind 16 optimal und wenn ich mehr brauche, dann habe ich per tastendruck 16 weitere zur Verfügung.
PS: Den Mackie C4pro gibt es zurzeit für 444€ 385€ im Angebot.

Für mich, ist das rumschalten, persönlich ziemlich nervig. Deshalb habe ich noch weitere 8 Kanäle gekauft. Damit geht es deutlich besser als nur mit 8.

I like both ideas.
A mixed panel Frontpanel would also be nice:
- Aluminium as base
- Acryl for the lcd and the LEDs (iluminated midibox logo)

I recorded some short LQ sound samples from a SW50XG.
I have also a sound sample from the Yamaha Demo xg midi file (Jimi Hendrix - Voodoo Chile), but I don't know if it cause a copyright problem. ???

- encoder for the menu
- bigger display, e.g. 4x40 or 2x40 to display all channels, instruments, ...
- support to save and load QS300-Voices over the memory

The PSU is not the problem, because it is external.
Can you try this midi files from Trond Olsen (except Indiana)? http://www.megatrade.ru/Russian/Midi.html
On my SW60XG they sound fine but on my DB50XG and DB60XG on a SB16Pro they sounds weird. Maybe there is a problem to load the QS300 Voices.
I would like to know if you have the same problem.
