any idea where the encoder knobs without pointers come from?

now all we need is the nord rack knobs - those soft-touch encoder knobs are the best ever, but i can't find them anywhere..

was wondering, has anyone ever come across non-motorised 100mm faders with a touch sense path? ie one of the connections it provides is just an electrical link to the knob for use in a touch sense circuit i guess.
