  1. Someone tell me I'm dreaming here! http://cgi.ebay.com/119-pcs-YAMAHA-YMF262-M-SM-PACKAGE_W0QQitemZ110053428526QQihZ001QQcategoryZ4663QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Thats like $2 a chip!!! God knows why you would need that many (can we say "group purchase"), but I saw this on good ol' ebay and thought I would let everyone know.
  2. I recently dug an old Hott-Lixx toy guitar out of storage, and I though it might be fun to build a basic midibox64 into it. Here's a picture of one: I was thinking a CORE and a DIN module would be all thats needed. There's only one knob, maybe a rotary encoder for program changes or somethin'. The rest of the toy is covered in buttons, which I'm hoping still work. I was thinking of using this to control a software sampler. Anyway, I guess I don't have any specific questions, I was just wondering if anyone had any other ideas (for expansion, changes, features...). An LCD perhaps? Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
