Like you, I had some challenging repairs to make before I began. I've been reasonably successful. Replaced several of those LM3900's, as well as other parts. My organ has a gate matrix which I suspect bears some similarity to yours. I had several shorted diodes on my daughterboards which gave some quite bizarre symptoms. Anyway, if you would like to contact me directly, I'll be happy to offer what assistance I can. I have a service manual and was able to do a pretty good diagnosis by careful analysis of the symptoms. It takes time & patience :) Tony
