(Ebay item) http://tinyurl.com/aatafq I'm pretty sure the LCD would work fine since it uses an actual HD44780 controller. My question is, could I convince the MIDIBox core (PIC18F452) to use the four switch contacts as a DINX1? In other words, could I hook S1-4 up to J9 and expect good results? Anybody have any experience with this particular LCD module? Thanks, Michael
