  1. Good idea...does anybody know, if the prints from Frontpanel Designer are accurate? What I am asking is, if I have a rectangular cutout in Frontpanel Designer and print it on paper and cut it on the "line", will there be any differences in the final aluminum frontpanel, e.g. because of the cutting width of the tool?Greets,Peter

    I recently did a SEQ case (same as Altitude's) at FPE. I printed it 1:1 and checked it and it all lined up perfectly. For some new components on the rear panel that I did not have "known good" holes for, I printed them 1:1 and used that as a template to cut out holes in cardboard with an x-acto to test the fit. When the case arrived all the holes were perfect.

    No matter what, you'll worry about if something is messed up or not (I sure did!), but if you check everything carefully you should be OK. :-)
