@Smash - Gadget Gangster is my website. Not sure what you mean by spamvertising, but I'm no disposed central African king and I don't have an online pharmacy :) But if you're working on a project and want to post on the GG forums, I'd love it! A lot of people who visit the site are interested in music and audio, and I'm sure they'd be interested in what your working on.
Here's another sample for you - one channel is recorded from a C64, the other is emulated. Any guesses which channel is which? Here's the sample file.

I think it means something like 'penis measuring competition'. It's a bit odd, though: I'm not comparing this to anything else. It does emulate multiple SID's (extremely well), but it's not a sequencer or synth.

All in due time - this schwanz is completely open (MIT license), so anyone will be free to inspect, improve, or modify to their heart's content.

Now you're getting closer - although it's not USB. The audio recording in the video is pretty rough (made with a cheapo mic). Some specs, so far;
- 31kHz sample rate
- >16bit resolution
- Full filter support
- Full envelope support
- Supports all 4 waveform types
- 16 steps main volume
- Waveform reset bit works
- Ring modulation
- Oscillator synchronization

Would running 7 SID's at once be heptaphonic or septaphonic?

The design is near final and it should be ready in mid January. It's not 100%, but it is close enough to put together a video with - I did three;
It's Coming Teaser 1 (vimeo)
It's Coming Teaser 2 (vimeo)
It's Coming Teaser 3 (vimeo)
Anyone guess what it is?

Like a little midi controller board? Would it be just a few buttons and a MIDI out connector?

Hey Guys -
I just put up the Super GrooveAxe, it's a mini drum machine stereo headphone output - you might be interested in it. I did a little video demonstration on instructables you can check out.
Let me know what you think!

@matoz - glad you found them interesting!
The GrooveAxe is pretty cool - it's a PICaxe drum machine by grandtippler, although I did the pcb layout.
The German Gaming mag 'Gee' is doing a story on the SIDStick - I'm looking forward to that. I also put the SIDcog core on El Jugador, a game console I did - giant bomb loved it and did a little video.
The NoiseAxe is tough - I like playing with it, but it's hard making pleasing sounds with it. grandtippler also designed that with a PICaxe 08m.
For SIDcog, I want to do a fun little mini-synth. Johannes' code is set up to do it easily, but the hardest part is the UI. It's tough trying to design a UI that will let the average user make pleasing music but still be inexpensive and flexible.
