frailn
It took some hunting, but I manged to find these after searching on "hexagon push button" - you may or may not want to purchase from this dealer, but it's at least a starting point in a search for other suppliers... stryd_one
A quick search around showed me that those switches are a bit special - I'd almost certainly say that these are custom. They're a membrane (not a pushbutton), and each key contains two contacts which are vertically spaced, which allows for velocity sensitivity:http://musicscienceguy.vox.com/library/photo/6a00cd972aa36b4cd5011015f5dc82860b.htmlI went on a short hunt for hex keycaps a while back but came up blank, so I'd like to know what you find - keep us posted, clem :)
clem!
http://musicscienceguy.vox.com/library/photo/6a00cd972aa36b4cd5011015f5dc82860b.htmlthat´s a really interesting found ;) thxthe axis-keybed reminds me to modern cherry-keyboards - maybe I will slaughter one and pimp it with hexagonal bricks from a board-game. At first I won´t need any velocity-sensitivity.
