Encoder and Knobs

Hi All,

I am having trouble sourcing a decent encoder and matching knob in the UK for a lighting desk I am designing using Midibox. I am looking for a non detent encoder along with a knob similar to the encoder wheels found on the Avolites pearl tiger as seen in this picture http://www.urdile.cl/images/Consola_PEARL_TI_.jpg all preferably from the same supplier and preferably in the uk. I have been googling for ages now without any luck. I can find them separately but the p&p costs are often around £12 so id like to get them from one place if I can.

Has anyone come across any decent ones they can recommend?
