Question on making a SYSEX editor

Hello, I,m new to this forum.

I have had my MIDIBox SID for about a year now but haven't added a control surface yet so i have been using Patch turkey and other editors. but none are in VST format so i am making one in FL Synthmaker (not real SM).

My question is, how do the two Pulse width address interact?

I mean address 0x064(Low byte) and 0x065(High nibble).

Also what format is the SYSEX format, it seems that one byte is reversed and split into two?(might be problem with old SM)
