MB-6582 Core 2-4 needs reflashing of MB HEX every time I power up

Thought I had the core 2-4 locking 5 seconds after boot issue fixed after I flashed each one with MB-6582 hex. But the issue comes back after a power cycle. Any ideas?

Try Holding down the menu button when you power on. It should clone the Slaves from Core 1...

The device doesn't have a control surface. That being said, I issued a "Panic" midi signal that basically stops a midi activity to the device. Cleared it up and never happened again.
