sammichSID reboots when update attempted

I've got a sammichSID running v2.0RC37 firmware (MIOS v1.9g). I'm trying to update it to the latest firmware using MIOS Studio 2.2.3. Anytime I try to query the device via using MIOS Studio, it reboots. I can play the synth just fine using my midi keyboard or the virtual keyboard in MIOS Studio. I was able to install 2.0RC37 when I initially built the box. But now, when I attempt to upgrade it, the box reboots. Any thoughts?

This happens if your sammichSID receives SysEx data from MIOS Studio, but MIOS Studio doesn't receive data from sammichSID.

-> a timeout will happen and the MIDIbox will reboot.

Is the MIDI OUT cable of sammichSID connected to your PC, and did you select the appr. MIDI interface in MIOS Studio?
