Casting hard plastic panels?

I have been searching all mourning. But I am trying to find some information on making hard plastic panels. I see many use cnc machines to cut them. I looked on smooth-on.com at some of their materials. I watched a lot of youtube videos on molding and casting. So I am wondering what I could use to make hard plastic panels? I tried searching, maybe im not using the correct wording.
