[solved] SEQ Control Surface PCB

I've just received my lovely SEQ control surface PCB from SmashTV's shop.

It says on the back of the PCB: "MB-SEQ Control Surface PCB © 2009 Jason Williams".

Where is the assembly info for this? (I cant seem to find it anywhere)

I would really prefer not to have to reverse engineer to assemble this:-)
