Hi guys my backlight busted on my original display and i bought a vfd in its place.

 

do i need to update the core to a special driver to get it working?

 

any one use this vfd in a sammich before?

 

if any one can help me install the vfd and any tweaks to the software if it needs any i would really appreciate some help as currently the vfd does not initialize.

Have you tried searching the forums for "noritake"?  You may find some information that way.

theres no info i found rewgarding vfds and sammichSIDs.

 

any guru out there care to help?
