unused 4051's AIN

According to the AIN schematic all unused 4051's should be clamped to ground i.e. I'm using 2 4051 so I would clamp A2 and A3 to ground? Which ground? The ground on J5 or J7 or the core or case ground. Does this also mean I only need to connect from J5 (VS+VD+A0+A1) to core?
