Hello, after about a week of struggle, my FCB1010 can finally receive a (large) SYSEX using "Digital Life" USB-A Midi Cable (part # BM1001)  from Amazon UPC# B077X7r74y.

Your whitelist / blacklist was critical in my getting past my bad Midiplus interface... it was all new to me.
