Guest JRBall
The DIN module mentions "SIL Sockets" for connecting switches. My Google search and looking through Mouser, Digikey, Allied, etc. did not locate these sockets. Does anyone know where I can buy a few in the US? Thank you. Guest JRBall
Thanks a lot.But I am looking for a 5-pin SOCKET that plugs into these header pins. The header pins come with the kits. I need some sockets.Mouser doesn't give pictures so I need some one with experience there.
Scuzzle
Have a look at http://www.futurlec.com/ConnHead.shtml, they start half way down and are refered to as "Connectors for Headers - Single Row".One thing to note is that these are empty connector casings, so you'll also need to buy the female pins further down the page, and getting hold of a crimping tool the right size is a good plan.Hope this helps you,Scuzzle
