Guest JRBall Posted March 6, 2004 Report Posted March 6, 2004 The DIN module mentions "SIL Sockets" for connecting switches. My Google search and looking through Mouser, Digikey, Allied, etc. did not locate these sockets. Does anyone know where I can buy a few in the US? Thank you. Quote

Guest JRBall Posted March 7, 2004 Report Posted March 7, 2004 Thanks a lot.But I am looking for a 5-pin SOCKET that plugs into these header pins. The header pins come with the kits. I need some sockets.Mouser doesn't give pictures so I need some one with experience there. Quote
Scuzzle Posted March 7, 2004 Report Posted March 7, 2004 Have a look at http://www.futurlec.com/ConnHead.shtml, they start half way down and are refered to as "Connectors for Headers - Single Row".One thing to note is that these are empty connector casings, so you'll also need to buy the female pins further down the page, and getting hold of a crimping tool the right size is a good plan.Hope this helps you,Scuzzle Quote
