Midi Clock

I want to build a device that sends midi clock information into my drummachine.

I would like a tempo ajust slider, and tempo bend buttons so basicly i can ajust the speed of my drum machine as if it were a turntable.

this will alow me to use my drum machine in live performances with much more ease.

does anyone know what i need to do?
