Rebuild asm file to hex

Hello, 

I'm building a Midibox Sid V1 (yes, it's been sleeping for years in a drawer ) and I don't understand how to rebuild the files. I found that I should use a make.bat file to rebuild, but it's not in the midibox_sid_v1_7303e archive.
