Multiple AOUTs for modular synth control

Hi All!

I'm really looking forward to the multiple AOUT boards. I'm building a modular synth based on EFM/CGS boards, and had nearly given up on MIDI-CV control of most or all parameters. I hope that multiple AOUTs may sort this out!

Some  thoughts.

Is there a way in which the midibox64 can assign an AIN pot to output 3 or 4 bit logic via a DOUT to control say a 4052, or 4067 CMOS IC?

This would be very handy for eg. switching between oscillator waveforms, or routing paths.

Would this require modding MIOS?

I hope not - I'm not a coder!

Also, is the output voltage scalable, and what is the maximum?

I'm new to electronics, although not to synths, so although there's nowt' wrong with my soldering, I'm still in electronics kindergarten, so apologies if some of these questions have been answered. (I'm still wading through the old posts for info!)
