help for a toy

Hi all!

I'm calling you all for ask for help... i'me thinking about building a toy, for my performance group, wich consist in a floor pad (trigger) that once a ball hit it is plays a note from a song... the trigger part and the conversion from trigger to midi is made... my main problem is the programing part... i know there are a lot of options for making this toy... the first one i've thougt was a simple sequencer that was triggered by the sensor, and that sequencer controlling a simple vco+vca by CV. but that needed the tunning and with CV is hard to do... so i remember MIOS... since its a wonder sistem, i think it's possible to do this toy with it... but i have no skill's on programming...

So, if anyone could help me out (even pointing good and simple tutorials) will be great :)
