made a bankchanger application (not only for MB)

hi there!

as the bankchange with the special functions via the buttons didn't work for me i decided to code a little application which sends my program change messages.

plz post errors, suggestions, treats or only if it's bullshit

i hope that i have included all the necessary dll's and controls in the setup file...

errrrrr.......i'm really sorry about my mistake. i linked the wrong filename so that the app-download wasn't working.

anyways i'm currently recoding the app to send perform the bankchange by a sysex message so it will also be possible to select a explicit device to change the bank on.
