jerash Posted December 4, 2002 Report Posted December 4, 2002 hello to all, i'm new to this listsuch a wondefull hard work will save me a lot of time , so i'll try to share a maximum my ongoing project : a "modular" midi controller. Understand for ex 8 fader and 8 knobs, you can place differently on a user area. picture of possible setup : http://perso.club-internet.fr/raphael.mouneyres/modulozer/modulozer.jpg so here come my first question : i there any chance that (what i call) modules can be "hot-pluggable" and not soldered For sure, as is, it isn't possible, but can we think about small circuitry wich would do the job (sending zeros when unplugged, and preventing from electrical damage when de/connecting). any info on previous ideas welcome, thanks RAF
