Noob Question

I'm a REAL noob with the capitol N, and i know it. I looked through the forum to find out where I should post my first question and I couldn't find a better sub-forum then Design Concepts so sorry if I posted the wrong place!

First off, Hi everybody, My name is Kristian and I'm from Denmark. I have never messed with electronics before so bear with me.

I want to build a midi controller for cubase SX2. What I want is 24 rows, 4 busses and 1 master (29rows) wich each contain:

- 1 Motorised fader

- 4 EQ knobs that can turn forever in each direction

- 4 EQ mid knobs

- 4 EQ on/off buttons

- 3 on/off buttons (mute, solo, Edit vst)

- 1 gain know that can turn forever
